One aircraft, one mission
Change the mission and the programme restarts.
Turning mission need into flight-validated capability.
SKALESYSTEM is a Swiss developer and manufacturer of modular fixed-wing unmanned aircraft. We fuse world-class aerospace engineering, advanced AI and one scalable aircraft family to give governments and operators sovereign air capability; faster, and with greater confidence.
Change the mission and the programme restarts.
Engineering, tooling and certification start from zero.
Separate spares, training and support for every type.
Needs shift faster than clean-sheet programmes deliver.
Capability arrives after the mission has already changed.
Operators inherit a black box they cannot adapt.
The same core architecture, scaled to the requirement and owned by the operator.

SKALESYSTEM aircraft share one architecture across the family. The outer configuration is adapted to the mission while the underlying platform, and the engineering, tooling and certification work behind it, stays common.
The result is a fleet of mission-adapted aircraft that look different on the outside but share the same core on the inside. The result is a capability the operator owns and controls, not a black box.
The DS family is the scalable aircraft family up to Mach 0.6. Every aircraft in it is produced as a configuration of the same core system, sized and equipped for its mission class from the start.
Indicative classes within the platform envelope.
Subsonic to supersonic · high speedDS is the scalable aircraft family up to Mach 0.6. Modular, mission-adaptable aircraft for ISR, logistics and environmental operations.
DSX is the scalable aircraft family from subsonic through supersonic. The same scale principle, with aerodynamics designed for the high-speed regime: one core architecture, configured to the mission, owned by the operator.
Moving to a larger weight class is a scaling step inside one architecture, not a clean-sheet development programme. Engineering, tooling, certification and operational knowledge carry forward from one platform to the next.
The requirement is described in operational language and translated into real engineering targets.
Configurations are explored and verified digitally before a single part is produced.
Physical flight validates the digital models.
Every decision, test and flight becomes owned, reusable knowledge that feeds the next programme.
Desert · persistent watchMedium-altitude, long-endurance configurations for persistent operations.
Maritime · blue waterCarrier configuration for cooperating air vehicles.
Remote · resupplyHigh-volume internal payload for utility and logistics.
Mission objectives are decomposed into structured, verifiable engineering requirements at machine speed, compressing traditional review cycles.
A broader configuration space is explored and evaluated than manual methods allow, surfacing high-confidence candidates for senior engineering review.
Requirements, design decisions and evidence remain linked end-to-end, enabling certification and mission adaptation in months rather than years.
Architectural authority, safety accountability and technical acceptance remain with experienced aerospace engineers and the customer. AI accelerates execution; it does not assume ownership.
SKALESYSTEM AG is a Swiss startup founded by engineers and programme leaders whose careers span aircraft design, certification and series production across commercial and defence programmes. Today that judgement goes into fixed-wing aircraft engineered in Switzerland, and into the AI-driven engineering that captures, reuses and scales it.
A small, senior team covering fixed-wing design, propulsion integration, certification and series production.
Built in Switzerland for government and commercial operators. Neutral by jurisdiction, exportable by design, sovereign by construction.
One architecture engineered from day one to scale across weight classes and missions, not a single aircraft adapted after the fact.
